Start adding nourishing herbs that support a lively day!
Here is a recipe I use to help me get through long days out in the garden with enthusiastic kids!
Ingredients
2 bananas
1cup of Fruit (I've been using Peaches from last summer's harvest)
handful of Kale
1T Chlorella powder
1T Ginkgo powder
3/4c+ Hemp Milk (or any one you like!) (amount depends on thickness-add little at a time to get it to what you like.)
Blend it all up and enjoy. If you taste the bitterness of Ginkgo and can't handle it then you can add a tsp of honey.
